The South building has 100 units, where some of those are handicap accessible. Utilities such Heat/Air, Electric, Water/Sewer are included in the rent. Rent is income based. The building is pet friendly.At Interfaith your safety and security is our priority. The building entrance is locked 24/7 and residents enter using a key or key fob. ideo cameras at each entrance are recording at all times. We offer after-hours emergency maintenance, with staff that reside on the premises.The building features a large community dining room with full kitchen, and a common area. Our residents enjoy many activities planned by the Tenant Council, which meets monthly. All residents are welcome to attend and participate. Each building offers coin-operated laundry rooms with 24-hour access, and outside patios with seating and grill area. We are within walking distance to the grocery store and convenience store, and two city bus routes.
